The old-fashioned "Grandma" kind and if you really want to, toss in a handful of miniature colored marshmallows for a traditional Midwestern holiday salad. (But don't say you got the recipe from me!) 1 small head cabbage Shred the cabbage into a large bowl. Shred the onion and apple and add to the cabbage. In a batter bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients, tasting to make sure it is just right. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture, toss, and let refrigerate several hours to blend flavors. Sprinkle with paprika and serve. Oh, don't forget the radish roses for garnish.
