Grilled Fresh MushroomsFrom Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. Brush with a mixture of the following, or use a good quality bottled marinade such as Prickly Pear Marinade, Vidalia Onion Dressing, White Garlic Marinade... large mushrooms, such as portabella or others Either leave mushrooms whole or slice into serving pieces. Brush with the mixture of ingredients or use a bottled mix as suggested. Heat a rippled grill pan over medium heat, adding a drizzle of olive oil.
