Glazed Onion SlicesFrom Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. 1 tablespoon olive oil Heat oil in pan until haze forms. Add onion slices, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat, cook slowly, stirring occasionally, until onions turn limp and then brown. This may take 20-30 minutes. Add vinegar. Serve over meat or vegetable burgers.
