Flank Steak with Oriental Sate

2-2 1/2 pounds flank steak, well tenderized
2 Tablespoons green onion and tops, thinly sliced
fresh spinach leaves
Spice Hunter's Granulated Garlic to cover
freshly ground pepper
3 Tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
2 Tablespoons fresh sage, minced
4 slices bacon

Presoak lid of Glazed Schlemmertopf clay pot 10 minutes. Tenderize steak or kindly ask butcher to do it for you. Spread spinach leaves on top of steak. Sprinkle onion, garlic, parsley, sage, and pepper evenly on steak. Roll jelly-roll style beginning on long edge. Cut in half. Wrap 2 slices bacon around each half securing with toothpick. (Be certain steak is exposed between strips.) Place each roast in bottom of pot with large end toward outside edge. Microwave, covered, on MEDIUM (50%) 12 minutes.

Pour off drippings and turn steak over. Baste with spoonfuls of thick oriental sate on each roast. Microwave, covered, on MEDIUM-LOW (30%) 15 minutes.

Turn over and baste again. Microwave, covered, on MEDIUM-LOW (30%) for 15-20 minutes until tender. Slice roasts and let rest in sauce, covered, 5-10 minutes.
