Citrus Saladdeep green salad leaves (spinach or leaf lettuce) Wash and spin dry the green leaves and chill. In glass measuring cup, whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, lime zest, and orange zest. Prepare citrus and slice into thin, juicy slices.
