Cherries with Mascarpone
fresh sweet cherries, pitted
dollops of mascarpone cheese, or cream cheese, or Devonshire cream
Wash and pit the cherries. Dice them up just a little. Swirl them into about 1/2 cup mascarpone. Serve with pancakes.
