Rice Stick Noodles8 oz package rice stick noodles Roughly break up the noodles into bite-sized pieces. Heat oil in work or stir fry pan to 375 degrees. Working in batches, add noodles and fry until golden and crisp, about 30 seconds. Using strainer or slotted spoon, remove to paper towels.
