See Also: Appetizers · Cheese Dishes Brie en Croutesmall wheel of Brie cheese Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut two circles of the puff pastry 1 1/2 inches larger than the wheel of Brie. Set the cheese on once circle, bringing up the edges of the pastry. Place another circle of dough on top, pinching the edges together. Decorate the top and sides with scraps of dough cut into interesting shapes. brush with egg glaze, if desired. Bake 30 minutes or until browned. Allow to stand at least 20 minutes before serving.
