Butter Lettuce Salad1 head butter lettuce (not iceberg) Wash and spin dry the lettuce and place in salad bowl. Slice the cucumber very thin and add to lettuce. In measuring cup, whisk together the dressing ingredients, adding a little olive oil if needed to make a dressing consistency. Pour over the greens, toss and serve.
