Combine vegetables, egg, oil, juice, seeds and seasonings. Shape into patties. Arrange single layer in a baking pan that has been brushed with olive oil. Bake about 10-12 minutes, turn patties over, and bake another 12-15 minutes or until browned on top. Spread hamburger buns with honey mustard and a little mayonnaise, arrange patties and top with wonderful fresh greens. Recipe created 2007-01-01. © 1996-2008 Dorothy McNett.
