Multi Colored Salad

green, red, yellow and orange bell pepper
salad greens
apples and/or pears
peanuts or other nuts as desired
a tangy sweet/sour dressing, such as my Fruit Cake Sauce
Wash peppers and then cut into small pieces, or use a julienne peeler. Toss in a beautiful bowl along with the greens and fruit pieces, adding nuts as desired. Drizzle with a tantalizing sweet sour dressing.
