Kiwi and Cheese Dice

1 kiwi
small wedge triple creme cheese, such as Saint Andre
pinch of sea salt, if desired
Peel and dice the kiwi. Cut the cheese into similiar sized shapes. Toss together gently and serve alongside a grilled chicken breast or beef steak. It acts as a beautiful edible garnish!
