Cheddar and Caramel

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. Use this as an appetizer or as a finger food type of dessert.

aged cheddar cheese
caramel candies (fairly soft and chewy)
dried or fresh apple slices

Slice the cheese and cut into small squares. Cut caramels into small pirces. Place a piece of caramel on top of each cheese chunk and serve with apple slices.
