One Dollar Cookies

1 package Oreo cookies, or other ready made crispy cookies
1 pound Guittard's coating chocolate
sprinkles, decorations, etc. as desired

Microwave chocolate in deep measuring cup 1 minute on High. Stir. Microwave another 30-60 seconds, stir to melt. Dip cookies into melted chocolate to coat. Sprinkle with decorations, if desired. Place on waxed paper lined plates to cool.
