See Also: Fondue · Meat Dishes Sausage Fondue1 pound bulk pork sausage Crumble sausage into a plastic colander. Place colander in a large bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on High 5 minutes; discard liquid collected in bowl and transfer sausage to large casserole. Stir in flour, cheeses, wine, and chili powder. Cook 6 to 7 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts and fondue bubbles. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips to scoop up fondue.
