Sausage Fondue

1 pound bulk pork sausage
2 tablespoons flour
1 pound natural Monterey jack cheese, shredded (about 4 cups)
1 pound natural Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 4 cups)
3/4 cup dry white wine
2 teaspoons chili powder
tortilla chips or corn chips

Crumble sausage into a plastic colander. Place colander in a large bowl. Microwave, uncovered, on High 5 minutes; discard liquid collected in bowl and transfer sausage to large casserole. Stir in flour, cheeses, wine, and chili powder. Cook 6 to 7 minutes more, stirring occasionally, until cheese melts and fondue bubbles. Serve with tortilla chips or corn chips to scoop up fondue. Return to microwave oven to reheat, if necessary, or place in fondue pan over burner to keep warm while serving. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
