See Also: Beef Dishes · Thailand Kaeng Phed NuerCurry of Beef 1 small onion In processor, combine onion, garlic, zest, chilies, Thai Seasoning, lemon grass, and fish sauce. Process until smooth. Add coconut milk in batter bowl, and microwave on High 3 minutes. Blend. Microwave another 2-3 minutes. Set aside. Preheat browning dish on High 7 minutes. Add 1 teaspoon oil and meat. Microwave on High 2 minutes. Stir. Add sauce. Microwave on High 3-4 minutes, or until heated through. This is traditionally very hot, and this version is mild compared to the real thing.
