A perfect finger food vegetable for dipping into healthful oil and seeds dips or dressings. And, this is wonderful served with a cheese sauce to drizzle over the top, and even taking it one step more, sprinkle with baby cooked shrimp. Garnish with a tomato rose. 1 bunch fresh broccoli Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces. Arrange in a batter bowl. Cover with a glass or ceramic dinner plate. Microwave on high, using 5 minutes per pound as a guide. When done, remove plate (careful, it may be hot. Use the warm plate for your dinner plate!) and press gently on the top of the vegetables with a cup to compact them slightly. Stand several minutes before inverting onto a platter.
