Garden Meatloaf

or meatballs

1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 bell pepper
2 cloves garlic
1 small onion
1 unpeeled apple
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 package Spice Hunter Meatloaf Mix
flour
paprika

In food processor with steel chopping blade in place, chop 1-2 slices of bread with the pepper, garlic, onion, and apple. Mix into the meat, and add the egg, walnuts, and meat loaf mix. Shape into balls, using flour on your hands. Arrange on a microwave rack, and sprinkle with paprika. Snipped parsley is also nice. Microwave on high, using 5 minutes per pound of meat as a guide. Serve with salsa, or with any good barbecue sauce.
