See Also: Meat Dishes Garden Meatloafor meatballs 1 pound ground beef or turkey In food processor with steel chopping blade in place, chop 1-2 slices of bread with the pepper, garlic, onion, and apple. Mix into the meat, and add the egg, walnuts, and meat loaf mix. Shape into balls, using flour on your hands. Arrange on a microwave rack, and sprinkle with paprika. Snipped parsley is also nice.
