Broiled Apricots

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com. (to serve with meat or chicken dishes)

apricot halves
sugar
cinnamon
butter

Preheat broiler. Place apricot halves on non-stick pan and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with a little butter, if desired. Broil for several minutes, or until apricots are hot and sugar is starting to caramelize. A great garnish for meat, ham, lamb, or chicken dishes, especially those with a curry flavor.
