Fish with a Savory Sauce

From Dorothy McNett's Recipe Book at www.dorothymcnett.com.

1 pound fresh fish, cut into attractive serving sizes
1-2 tablespoons of your choice of a marinade or dressing, such as Teriyaki Sauce OR extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon freshly snipped parsley, or dill, or chives
paprika
freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

Arrange the fish pieces on a plate or platter. Drizzle with marinade or oil. Add parsley and paprika. Cover loosely with waxed paper. Microwave on high, using 5 minutes per pound as a guide. Cook until fish flakes easily. Sprinkle with cheese.
