fresh fruit slices
fresh tomatoes when in season
extra virgin olive oil
semi-coarse sea salt, as needed
thin slices of bread or crackers
whole nuts of all kinds
edible flowers and herbs (basil)
Arrange slices of pears, apples, and cheese. Garnish with edible flowers and herbs. Slice fresh tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese, and arrange on a plate with fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with olive oil. Serve with thinly sliced bread or crackers. It is endless when you have good quality cheeses and crackers. Stack, heap, garnish, and arrange. Let the guests do the rest.
