Apple, Pear, Walnut Chutney Salad

1-2 apples
1-2 pears
1/2 cup San Benito County walnuts
1-2 stalks celery
1/2 cup cheddar or Emmenthaler cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 - 1/2 cup good quality chutney
Cube apples and pears, chop walnuts, slice celery, and chunk the cheese. Place in a beautiful bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise and chutney to taste.
